BOLT appoints leadership team and acquires two Florida-based insurance agencies

Robert Rizzo is the new Regional Director for BOLT Florida. Robert will manage day to day operations in the State as well as lead the company’s Florida acquisition strategy. Prior to joining BOLT, Robert had operated insurance businesses in Florida and Ohio. He also has prior experience in Small Business Banking, Commercial Real Estate and Mortgage Banking. Robert received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and his MBA from Bowling Green State University.
