Eric Gewirtzman, Chief Executive Officer
Eric Gewirtzman cofounded SeaPass Solutions (BOLT’s parent company). Prior to cofounding SeaPass, Gewirtzman was co-CEO and co-founder of Shadow Computers a successful insurance software development company. Gewirtzman studied computer science and economics at Tel Aviv University, and has an engineering degree in aerodynamics and mechanical engineering from the Israeli Air Force Academy.
Eric White, EVP Insurance Distribution
Eric White is the Executive Vice President of Distribution. Prior to BOLT, Eric was with The Hartford Property and Casualty Company for over 12 years. His experience ranged from managing both Personal Lines and Small Commercial Operations, Organization Development, and P&C strategy. Eric’s umbrella is over the Distribution Center for both BOLT Agency and the premier wholesaler the industry, Superior Access. Eric graduated from San Diego State University in southern California.
Darlene McNeal, VP Human Resources
Darlene McNeal is Vice-President of Human Resources, North America and joined the BOLT team in early 2018 with more than 20 years’ experience in human resources. Prior to joining BOLT, Darlene worked at The Hartford for over 13 years partnering with Commercial Line, Group Benefits, Personal Lines and several other lines of businesses over the course of her tenure and prior to that, worked at Motorola for over 10 years. Darlene has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is an active member of Society of Human Resources Management and several networking meet-up groups throughout the Austin area. She resides in a suburb of Austin with her husband. Darlene is a self-proclaimed book snob and enjoys her time visiting book stores and purchasing hard bound books. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling with her husband.
Kristen McSweeny, AVP Digital Consumer
Kristen started with BOLT Insurance in June, 2010 with more than 6 years experience in insurance. Prior to working for BOLT, Kristen was a Supervisor for a personal lines company in a call center environment. Kristen’s strengths lie in providing coaching and mentoring to sales agents. Kristen has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from SUNY.
Robert Rizzo, Regional Vice President
Robert joined the BOLT team in early 2012 to establish and grow the Florida Regional Service Center. Prior to joining the BOLT leadership team, Robert had acquired and operated insurance businesses in Florida and Ohio. Robert has held Regional and National positions in Small Business Banking, Commercial Real Estate Finance and Mortgage Banking. Robert received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and his MBA from Bowling Green State University.
