      • Eric Gewirtzman, Chief Executive Officer

      • Eric Gewirtzman cofounded SeaPass Solutions (BOLT’s parent company). Prior to cofounding SeaPass, Gewirtzman was co-CEO and co-founder of Shadow Computers a successful insurance software development company. Gewirtzman studied computer science and economics at Tel Aviv University, and has an engineering degree in aerodynamics and mechanical engineering from the Israeli Air Force Academy.

      • Tom Hammond, EVP Operations

      • Tom Hammond is the EVP of Agency operations. Prior to BOLT, Tom was with The Hartford Property and Casualty Company for over 23 years. His experience ranged from development and direction of Direct Response Marketing, Operational Management, and P&C strategy. Tom was General Manager of the west coast service center operation with over 500 staff members in the operation. More recently, he was managing Hartford Customer Contact Center strategies and JD Power certification programs. Tom has an MBA and a BS Degree in Information Management from San Diego State.

      • Brian Lawlor, SR VP Agent and Broker Services

      • Brian Lawlor has been with SeaPass (BOLT’s parent company) since 2004. Brian has held multiple positions within the organization and currently is VP of Broker and Agency Solutions. Prior to joining the company and in his previous roles he acquired over 20 insurance agencies, consolidated and sold the operations, and headed the Insurance vertical at VerticalNet. Brian is P&C Licensed in 50 states and will be the principal in direct consultation to help instill the quality of his commercial lines expertise and experience.

      • Andrea Comstock-Tague, Human Resources Manager

      • Andrea came to Bolt Insurance in January of 2010 with more than 15 years experience in Human Resources and training. Prior to working for BOLT, Andrea worked for a Managed Services Operation and also in manufacturing. She has spent a considerable amount of time sourcing talent and also specializes in sales and customer service training. Andrea has a B.A. in Education from Arcadia University and is completing a Masters in Organizational Psychology at University of Hartford.

      • Kristen McSweeny, Front Line Manager

      • Kristen started with Bolt Insurance in June, 2010 with more than 6 years experience in insurance. Prior to working for Bolt, Kristen was a Supervisor for a personal lines company in a call center environment. Kristen’s strengths lie in providing coaching and mentoring to sales agents. Kristen has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from SUNY.

      • Josh Baker, Marketing & E-Commerce Director

      • Josh Baker brings to BOLT more than 14 years of experience in Internet Marketing. Prior to working for BOLT, Josh worked in the B2B Publishing and Affiliate Marketing Industries and as an Internet Marketing Consultant. Josh has a B.B.A. in Integrated Professional Studies (Business & Technology) from Davenport University.

      • Robert Rizzo, Director of National Acquisitions & Regional Director

      • Robert joined the BOLT team in early 2012 to establish and grow the Florida Regional Service Center. Prior to joining the BOLT leadership team, Robert had acquired and operated insurance businesses in Florida and Ohio. Robert has held Regional and National positions in Small Business Banking, Commercial Real Estate Finance and Mortgage Banking. Robert received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and his MBA from Bowling Green State University.
